COVID-19 Update and Information

Here at the Fournier Law Firm, we hope everyone is healthy and being vigilant. In light of the rapidly changing world caused by COVID, we are taking steps to protect our clients and professional associates. Both offices are currently closed to the public. However, we remain operational and ready to serve our clients both old and new, through remote access. We are able to connect with you through this website and will respond by email or telephonically and schedule virtual new client meetings as necessary.

Both the Federal and State Courts are closed, with few exceptions for emergency business. If you have an upcoming Court date, please contact us, as it has more than likely been continued. Updated information is available on the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch web site.

Governor Lamont has recommended that businesses close down starting Monday March 23, 2020, with only essential services remaining open. The Fournier Law Firm is available to advise business clients with respect to the impact of the various State Orders being implemented in the wake of the COVID pandemic. Please feel free to contact us.

p>During these difficult times, we remain committed to serving our community and working for justice. We ask that you adhere to the Federal, State and local recommendations concerning staying home, avoiding crowds and isolating yourself, if you have symptoms or believe you have been exposed.

We will make it through this much quicker, if we all work together. Hopefully, we will emerge on the other side stronger.

Stay safe!
